5 Tips For Gambling And Casinos

gambling

Although casino games are designed for players to spend more than you win, gambling can improve your odds through many means.  Over the years, people have strove to find ways to beat the house. More often than not, the methods were illegal. However, here are 5 tips to help improve your gambling odds.

  1. Only Use What You Can Afford to Lose

Whenever you plan on gambling, always decide ahead of time how much money you can afford to use for the entire evening. Take the amount in cash, and leave any other forms of money (checkbook, credit or debit cards, etc.) at home or in your hotel room. Once you have spent all the money you bring with you, leave.

  1. Exploit Dealer Errors

The easiest way to win a game of blackjack is to exploit any errors your dealer may be committing; for instance: play during graveyard shifts while dealers are less focused, choose the clumsiest dealer’s table, or distracting the dealer with a variety of unrelated questions.

  1. Keep Track of the Time

Ever wonder why casinos have very few windows and clocks inside? Set a time limit for how long you are willing to stay, and wear your own watch to ensure you stick to it. Whether you’re on a winning streak, or currently losing; leave once your time is up.

  1. Use a Specific Throwing Technique

When playing craps, you’re allowed to hold, mix, and throw the dice in whatever manner you choose, as long as it hits the far side of the table. To help improve your winnings, learn “The Golden Touch” by Frank Scoblete. This method helps you to better control the dice and teaches you how to strategize your betting while playing craps.

  1. Just Say No – to Alcohol that Is

Casinos are notorious for offering free drinks. However, alcohol also dulls the senses and will impair your judgment. Even if the waitress is tempting you, always say no. An easy excuse to keep them off you’re back is to claim to be the designated driver for your group.
