The next time you want to complain about the state of the plane restrooms, think again. During a Continental flight flying from Amsterdam to Newark, the passengers had their own horrors to endure. The toilets backed up, causing sewage to leak onto the plane and into the aisles.

During the middle of boarding, a mother laid her young child in the middle of the aisle to change the boy’s diaper.  I don’t know about you but that would make me quit my job as a stewardess immediately.

  1. Stewardess Horror Stories: Weather Delays

During a St. Louis flight, the plane was struck by lightning. Not uncommon, it does happen. However, to ensure the safety of the passengers and to see what damage was done, the plane was given priority to land. As they flight attendants and passengers waited, people began to get angry wanting leave. So the attendant points out the window to show the wing had a scorch mark and even melted near the tip. However, that didn’t stop one lady from getting into the flight attendants face to scream “Do you think I give a f**k about your paint job?! Get me on that plane and get me home, or you’ll be sorry!”

During a longer flight, a male passenger proceeded to take off his wet socks on the plane. To make matters worse, he used the air vent above to dry them out; so the entire plane smelled of wet feet for the rest of the flight.
